Our Private or Small Group sessions of 1 or 5 allow you to learn all pieces of Equipment alongside various Apparatus to increase the difficulty of each exercise.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced clients can train together as you’ll have your own program based on your level of Fitness and plenty of ‘one on one’ time with your Trainer.

  • It radically reshapes your body using any thing from a simple Pilates Mat, Circle and Resistance Band and Fit Ball, to using Equipment Pilates Reformers, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrels, Spine Correctors and Wunda Chairs.
  • Our equipment is spring loaded, gravity enhanced and designed to target not only the larger muscle groups, but also the smaller stabilising muscles you never knew you had.

Pilates offers a form of exercise suitable for ALL AGES and ALL ABILITIES, injuries, chronic conditions and general health and wellbeing, age is certainly no limit, on both ends of the spectrum.

What’s more, is that as your strength and flexibility changes and progresses, your program does to . At any point along this path, we can adjust the support or challenge you to make the process very specific to each individual. The awesome thing about Equipment Pilates is that it can be adapted creatively and strategically to match the individuality of each client and meet their needs more precisely.

So if you are a Beginner, you can join either class…and in the same token – if you think you’re strength and flexibility is at its peak, you can also join any of these class, however if you would feel a little more comfortable attending Private Sessions, please contact our admin team to schedule a time.

Ensure your MOBILE NUMBER is on your account incase we need to make last minute changes or contact you regarding classes.

Cancellations

You are also required to become familiar with our strict CANCELLATION POLICY  (copy available at the Studio, or via our ‘BOOKING ETIQUETTE’ Tab on the home page of our Website), as we only have 1 – 5 spots available in each session and it is important to abide by our policies to ensure that we are being fair to everyone (48hrs is required to ensure you don’t incur a cancellation fee).
